How does Give Back Greetings work?
With each order placed on the Give Back Greetings site, customers designate a school, church, temple, or other 501(c)(3) organization as the beneficiary, and a minimum of 5% of the retail price of the order is given back to the beneficiary. If your organization has 25 families register their email addresses and identify that organization as their beneficiary on or before October 31, 2014, 2014, we will give an additional 2% back (for a total of 7%) on the retail price of each order, regardless of how many families order. What if I don't see my beneficiary on your list?
Schools, churches, temples, and other 501(c)(3) organizations must register with Give Back Greetings for us to post their names on our site. If they have not yet registered, we cannot post their name - but that doesn't mean we can't send them a check. If you don't see your beneficiary on the site, simply provide us with information on the organization when you check out, and we will contact them to determine where to send payment. Note that the organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

 

Can I place my order even if my beneficiary is not on the list?

Do I have to be affiliated with the organization to select them as my beneficiary?
No.

 

Are day care facilities and preschools eligible beneficiaries?
No. Schools from elementary through college level are eligible.

 

How do I get my organization to be on the list of beneficiaries?
If you are a representative of the organization, you can register by clicking on "Register Your Organization" and completing the information requested. If you are a customer, you can provide us with information about the organization in your Profile or when you check out, or you can send an email to Give Back Greetings at info@givebackgreetings.com, and Give Back Greetings will follow up with the organization to complete the registration process.

 

When will the beneficiary receive a check for the percentage back?
Checks to beneficiaries are distributed no later than September 30 of each year. Each year, the Give Back Greetings program runs from July 1 through June 30. For more information on how the program works, click here.

 

How fast will I get my order?
Orders placed before 4:00pm EST ship in 2 business days from our manufacturing facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shipping transit times vary, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer four classes of shipping service through FedEx: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight. Why can't you ship outside the United States?
The charitable solicitation laws vary by state and country. At this time, Give Back Greetings can ship only to customers located in the United States.

 

Do you save my credit card information?
No. Once your order is processed, your credit card information is purged from our system.

 

What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you're not pleased with a purchase, we'll replace your order at no charge or give you a full refund. For more information on our return policy, click here.
